Refer a Friend Program — terminology, disclosure, and clarifications
Terms of Service
- Renamed the referral section to “Refer a Friend Program” and defined “Friend” (Section 28)
- Added a referral-disclosure requirement and honest-promotion rules for sharing your link (Section 28)
- Added prohibited-distribution rules (no spam, deceptive promotion, or impersonation) (Section 28)
- Added referral attribution rules and clarified eligibility, account-credit use, reward limits, closed-account forfeiture, and error correction (Section 28)
- Clarified that valid account credit already issued survives a change to or discontinuation of the program (Section 28)
- Added a tax-responsibility note, bulleted the qualifying conditions, and confirmed our records control attribution disputes (Section 28)
- Clarified the limitation-of-liability figure for users who have not paid for the Service (Section 21)
Privacy Policy
- Updated the Refer a Friend disclosure to reflect link-based referrals — we do not collect a Friend's email address from you (Section 1)
