Refund & Cancellation Policy

EventPix.photo plans are one-time purchases. We want every customer to have a great experience. If something isn't right, please reach out before taking other action — we're here to help.

Change of Mind

If you purchased an EventPix.photo plan and no Album Credits have been redeemed (meaning no albums have been created), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or once an Album Credit has been redeemed, change-of-mind refunds are not available.

Cancelled Event

If your event is cancelled and no Album Credits have been redeemed (meaning no albums have been created), you may request either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Update your Event Date to a future date (available before your first album is created).

If Album Credits have already been redeemed, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

If a technical problem on our end prevents you from reasonably using the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

After the Event

Once your event has taken place and the Service has been used as intended, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be made for documented technical failures.

How to Request a Refund

Use our contact form with your account email and select “Refund Request” as the subject. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Once a chargeback is filed, we are unable to process a refund until the dispute is resolved, which can take significantly longer than working with us directly.

Plan Upgrades

Plan upgrades are additional one-time purchases. The original plan purchase is not refunded when you upgrade. The same refund eligibility rules above apply to upgrade purchases.
