Holiday Party Photo Sharing With a QR Code

Put a QR code by the door and another by the dessert table. Guests send their photos to one shared album, and the ones you approve play on the TV while the party is still going.

How It Works for Holiday Parties

1

Create the Party Album

Name it after the party, like "Team Holiday Party." Setup takes a few minutes.

2

Put Out the QR Code

Print a QR sign for the entrance, the bar and the gift exchange table, or put it on a slide.

3

Run the Show, Then Download

Play the slideshow on the TV, approve photos from your phone or hand that job to a helper, and download everything when the party ends.

Everything You Need

No apps to install. No accounts for guests. Just scan, upload, and enjoy.

Live Slideshow

Display photos on any screen — TV, projector, or monitor — as guests upload them in real time.

Photo Moderation

Review every photo before it goes live. Approve or reject from your phone in seconds.

QR Sign for Guests

Print a table tent or poster with your event QR code. Guests scan and start sharing instantly.

Download Everything

Download all photos as a ZIP at any time. Your memories, your files.

Unlimited Replays

Replay the slideshow as many times as you want during your event. Great for cocktail hour and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work for an office Christmas party and a family gathering?
Yes. It works the same for a company party at the office or a restaurant and for a holiday dinner at home. Guests scan the code and upload from the phone they already have.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and upload from their phone's browser, which matters when the guest list includes grandparents or coworkers who won't install something for one night.
Can we keep the slideshow work-appropriate?
Yes. Turn on moderation and nothing appears on screen until you approve it. You can approve photos from your phone while the party goes on.
Can a coworker help run it?
Yes. The control page is a link you hand to a helper or the DJ. They can approve photos and run the slideshow without logging in. On Plus and above, you can also add a co-host with full dashboard access.
What do we need for the screen?
Any TV, projector or laptop with a web browser. On a smart TV, you can pair the screen by entering a short code instead of typing a long link.
Is there anything to get people taking photos?
Photo Bingo is included on every plan. Guests get a card of moments to capture on their phones, with a live leaderboard.
Which plan fits a holiday party?
Plus is $39 and includes 3 albums, 2,000 photos and short video clips. For a small gathering, Basic is $19 and includes 500 photos. Both are one-time prices for the event, with no subscription.
Can we get the photos afterward for a newsletter or recap?
Yes. Download them all as a ZIP at full resolution from your dashboard.
