1. Information We Collect

When you use EventPix, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase a plan. When guests upload photos, we collect the guest name they provide and the photos/videos themselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the EventPix service: storing and displaying photos, running live slideshows, managing albums, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Photo Storage and Retention

Photos and videos are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your content is retained for the duration specified by your plan (6–12 months depending on tier). After the retention period, content is permanently deleted. You can download all your photos at any time during the retention period.

4. Guest Privacy

Guests who upload photos are not required to create an account. We collect only the name they voluntarily provide during upload. Guest photos are visible only to the event organizer (you) and, once approved, on the live slideshow. We strip GPS/location data from all uploaded photos for privacy.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the service is used and improve it.
