Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventPix (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. EventPix is operated by VowSpace.

2. Description of Service

EventPix provides a live photo-sharing and slideshow platform for events. Event organizers (“you”) create albums and share QR codes with guests. Guests upload photos which you moderate and display on a live slideshow.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

EventPix plans are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at hello@eventpix.photo and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You and your guests retain ownership of all photos and videos uploaded to EventPix. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process (including generating thumbnails and variants), and display the content as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose outside of providing the Service.

7. Content Retention

Photos and videos are retained for the duration specified by your plan (6–12 months depending on tier). After the retention period, content is permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading your content before the retention period expires.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep EventPix available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventPix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
